A subtle, drier-style champagne, pale yellow in colour with shades of green delicately vinous with a lime and vine blossom attack. Predominately Pinot characteristics being very ample on the palette with a discrete finish.

The flavour starts with tangy guava and white peach, which then layers with vanilla. The champagne rounds out with a savoury note in the form of warm brioche. It's a beautifully silky wine, with the right balance between the sweet floral and fruit highlights, and creamy undertones.

Packed with soft fruit flavours, hints of peachy fruit and a long, lingering finish.
